You can create an Okatel account by clicking on “Member Page >> Become a Member”. You will be requested to provide an email address. Once provided, a password will be sent to the email address provided. Follow instructions from the email message to complete the sign up process.

Unlike Okatel registered users, unregistered users will have to go through the hassle of inputting their details like name, address, shipping/billing, and payment info over and over again. But once users register, they get a more streamlined experience on the website.

We’ll use this email to send you details and updates about your order.

Also, registering with Okatel enables us to provide you extras such as discount codes, promotions or make special deals available to you.

You can make changes to your Okatel account by clicking on “Member Page >> My Account”. From your account dashboard you will be able view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

The Okapi warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse or misuse. Specific product warranty information can be found on the product support page.

In addition, The length of the warranty is defined on the warranty documentation supplied with the product. Please refer to the warranty card packed with each product for details. The warranty period begins on the purchase date, as indicated by the documentation.
